Shipping + Returns
 

  • At MACOMOS we aim to make the simplest, most satisfying experience for the buyer and the artist. Please contact info@macomos.com for all information and assistance.

  • MACOMOS takes your privacy very seriously. We will NEVER share your personal information with anyone else.

  • All prices on Macomos.com are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include custom packaging and tracked, express courier shipping anywhere in the world.

  • It is typical for shipments to reach your designated country in 7 - 14 working days. Although we use express delivery, the exact duration for the item to reach your address will depend on your local services.

  • Once delivery is completed by the shipper, strictly no refund will be issued due to theft/loss of a delivered item, or an uncollected package and/or wrong shipping information/address given at the time of purchase.  Please ensure all details are correct when completing checkout process.

  • Once shipped, a proof of shipping/tracking number will be sent to you. In the unlikely event the item becomes lost in transit, once verified with the shipper, MACOMOS will refund your purchase entirely, up to the value of NZD$3000. For shipping items above NZD$3000, for the artist’s and your own peace of mind, we require the buyer to purchase additional shipping insurance. This is a very straightforward process. Please contact info@macomos.com for quotes and full assistance prior to shipping.

  • In the unlikely event the item is damaged in transit, the buyer must notify MACOMOS immediately upon receiving the damaged item, including photos of damaged packaging (before opening) and images of item damage, once opened. The item must then be returned immediately. The buyer is initially responsible for these return shipping costs and arrangements. However, upon receipt of the damaged item, MACOMOS will refund your entire purchase, including your shipping costs 100% up to the value of NZD$3000. For shipping items above NZD$3000, for the artist’s and your own peace of mind, we require the buyer to purchase additional shipping insurance. This is a very straightforward process.   • When purchasing electrical items, please confirm the voltage is correct for your country, prior to purchasing, as we cannot refund any item due to voltage incompatibility. We are are happy to help you with any technical questions prior to purchase at info@macomos.com

  • MACOMOS places great importance on displaying images of the highest quality and closest likeness possible to the artworks. Unfortunately, we are unable to control any colour variations across displays and devices. The buyer must accept that colours/tones etc. of any artwork may be different in “the flesh” and no refunds will be given for this reason.

  • Any import duty/taxes/fees/charges that may occur when receiving artworks in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MACOMOS is not responsible for any additional duty/taxes/fees/charges whatsoever, once the item is shipped. The buyer is wholly responsible for this and no refunds will be given in the event of additional costs incurred once shipped.

  • MACOMOS does not offer refunds in any other circumstances, other than those stated above.
